200g instant oats
200ml almond milk
30g hemp protein powder
2 ripe bananas
3 tsp of almond/cashew butter
1 tsp cinnamon
Let oats soak in a bowl with almond milk for 10 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 360F/180C.
Place the bananas and strawberries in a food processor until consistency is smooth (you can also use a blender). Stir the banana-strawberry mixture, cinnamon, hemp protein and almond butter together then pour into a non-stick baking dish.
Cook in oven for at least 40 minutes or until all of the liquid has been absorbed and there is a nice golden brown colour on top.
Remove from oven and cool for 30 minutes. Slice into square bars (I used a pizza cutter).
